HELP ME PLEASE

Everything is grey on the default map when you start the game. i start if up, and everything is grey thats 3d. i walk around and the background picture of the mountains is fine, but its very messed up. Please help me! i really want to play this game :(

I did have problem. In my computer been Windows 98. You hear sounds but display is fully grey. But when i instlled Windows 2000/XP it worked. I thind you should do this too.

Windows XP Professional.
ATI Mobility Radion.
Its a fairly old laptop, about 4 years old.
I reinstalled also, still no luck.
EVERY 3d object is grey/tan(weapon and all)

Please help me :)
