2D menus - problem |

Hello!
I got a little problem...
I recompiled the whole source of sauer(unmodified) first whit mingw and then using Code::Blocks everything was ok.
but when i started the game whit compiled .exe 2d menus won't work
so if anyone knows what to do or had similar problems i would ask him to tell me the solution

Upgrade to GCC >= 4 or fiddle withe the parts in 3dgui.cpp where it checks 'passthrough' and 'gui2d' (this variable has since changed in CVS though).
This is a known issue with old versions of GCC, and is unfortunately, not easily fixed. You will also notice models do not animate correctly. Either use a nightly build of Codeblocks and/or a recent implementation of MingW (which you will have to do yourself), or find yourself a copy of Visual Studio.

I had the same problem, and as Quin suggested, upgrading to GCC 4 (Alpha) fixed the problem.
