Hi, i am hosting a server on my Macbook Pro and under the launcher it has the option to add a password protect but for some reason that doesnt work in game. I have a few questions actually, first how do i password protect the server so that only the people i want to join can join, and also how do i make certain users admins or is this possible. i know the /setmaster 2 command or whatever but is there a way i can make certain IP's admins. And finally where can i execute commands for server actions, in the launcher i see a command line-esk type thing but i cant type anything into it. I dont see much stuff reguarding the use of macs either in the documentation so i was just wondering where i could find more info on mac server's and mac commands, thanks in advance.

Enter the normal command line options into the 'advanced options' text field. If all else fails you can run the sauerbraten server from the console just like the linux folk.

And good point - we'll add a couple of mac help files into the launcher application help for next time..

do i separate them via commas or something, because for instance my password option doesnt work in the server field, i typed in a password but the server when is started doesnt have one.

The documentation explains how to do things in the command line with -x type commands

There is no difference from a Mac server to a Linux server once the server is running. You can only give commands once you connect as player to your server, grab master and THEN execute the commands like /mastermode # or /kick # or /setteam team #
