any plans for bot ai?

Anything even remotely simple would be awesome. I love the game, but don't have much fun playing monsters. Otherwise DM is awesome. Brings me back to the glory days of q1 =p

I personally don't think bots are fun at all. I prefer SP or DM vs humans. But who knows someone else will implement it :)

DM with bots get boring really quick. Unless you spend a LOT if time making them, they'll pull the same strategy every time, and when you know how to beat it, the fun ends. There's better things to put into cube that won't take anywhere near as much work as bots.

On a sidenote, bots WAS great to have around when i paid a buck every hour i spent online, and had lousy pings. I doubt that a lot of people have those problems any more :)

Yeah, I'm on 56k and will be for the time being. Maybe if console games catch on online I'll get cable...

Tho, even with my bad ping, I still have fun playing many fps games online. It's just that with Cube...well, there arent any people online =<

Hey now...what does 0wning me have to do with fragging bots? =p Seriously I LOVE the game, and want to play DM. I'm just offering up a suggestion to help us satisify our dm love when no people are on.
