It´s not a command line parameter for sauer! You´ll need a cvs client.

Running cvs is fine and dandy, but keep in mind it has a LOT of changes since the last package release. So, if you cvs update the Sauerbraten you play online with, you will most certainly see some odd behavior online, as you are no longer 100% compatable. cvs maps change, the engine code changes, etc, etc.

Bottom line is, cvs is for building, not playing.

The CVS version is no longer able to be used online, so this is not a problem anymore unless you know something I don't. :P

Well, to clarify, it can't connect to Spring Edition servers, but it can be used online if someone sets up a CVS-edition server.
