Ok so I have an Apple computer, everytime i sign in I have to remake my name and its really annoying. Also, this isnt that important, but since the Mac desnt have a two-click mouse, I cant zoom in with the sniper. ANy ideas? (ive tried control + click it doesnt work)

bind q [ if (= $fov 120) [fov 30; sensitivity (/ sensitivity 2)] [] ]
bind e [ if (= $fov 30) [fov 120; sensitivity (* sensitivity 2)] [] ]

There's a quick zoom script using Q to zoom in and e to zoom out. You might want to tweak it or bind it to something else, but if you put that in autoexec.cfg, it should give you some zooming ability.

do perhaps start sauerbraten from the disk image? that would explain the name entered in the launcher not being used.
btw a new thread REALLY wasn't necessary for this.

He is calm, its just a shame you can't read the huge writing warning you about creating new threads whenever you go to make one.

When you create a new Folder named "Sauerbraten" and then copy everything from the DMG in there, your Name and all well be saved.

And, Macs do support multi-button mice since ever, it's just that you don't have one. You can't play Sauerbraten seriously without a scrollwheel anyway.

OK, that's kinda silly. Study up? In very polite english the forum asks that people do not make new threads unless they've searched for an answer first, and hopefully asked in the general thread. You don't have to study, just read the paragraph presented above any thread making page.

"Ill have to study up on forum fuckin etiquette next time I have one question"

Yep, its exactly as you put it. You had ONE simple question, so it was more appropriate for the General thread. Simple as that mate.
