Progress on next version?

I just browsed the cvs for the first time and noticed the OCTA_TODO.txt in the src directory.
Am I guessing right that that is the current todo list for the next version?
Ok maybe not only the next version :)

Could one of the devs point out what is already done, or what is currently being worked on?

please let it be new model types. I moved to half life my mod mainly because of the model type, also Hammer is really not that hard to use.
