by conor-kirk-cookie on 11/07/2006 03:19, 6 messages, last message: 11/17/2006 02:26, 1096 views, last view: 04/01/2024 17:37

I have made a few textures, that are tileable.

1. Blue Wall

2. Cardboard

3. Carpet

4. Cement

5. Red Wall

6. Sand

But need a good place to host them if anybody wants them.

They are free and i don't care if anybody uses them wherever, as long as they say they were made by conorkirk

so good hosting, then i will have them up, any suggestions?

You can zip em up and offer them as a pack in the mod section on

www.quadropolis.us

after you registered there.

Look in data/default_map_settings.cfg file.
You also might confsider creating a custom .cfg file. Texturing will get all easier ;)

http://cube.wikispaces.com/mapcfg

tip: Instead of simply Y+MW scrolling to a certain position you can try putting
"/edittex +100" into your game console.
Use whatever value (-100, +321, -3) is appropriate for your setup.
