As i realised, thats why you didn't combine sauer's code with GPL one, but why Sauer isn't GPL itself?

You're not making any sense.

GPL is quite crap as it gives only the user the freedoms, but not the developer.
Sauerbraten's zlib license is good both for the developer and the user!
