need some animating info

ok well i need a little info . im trying to make some custom animations and i cant seem to figer out how to get the game to recognize and diferentiate my modles animations . for example how do i make my modle look like its running when i need it to or if he is performing an atack how do i make the animation show properly . im guessing this is all done in the script but i cant find were it its . any help would be apriciated.

thanks but this dosnt tell me the exact file i need to make my animations work properly . but this is usful .thank you. if you can tell me the exact location of the file it would help.

What file do you mean? Just add a md3.cfg in your modelĀ“s folder. Or use an md2 and use standart q2 animations.
