weird wave file..

I wanted to replace some of the sounds in sauer but the waves are so fussy. Can someone tell me how to make wave files for sauer SO THAT THEY WILL ACTUALLY WORK. Could someone tell me how to convert other sounds to wave sounds that will play on sauer?

What do you mean by fuzzy? Just use normal wavs. Probably don´t use acpm or whatever that stuff was called (windows´ own wav compression crap). Bits and stereo/mono shouldn´t matter.
