Mmmh. Strange.
But your output suggests the card might be a bit weak.

You _did_ install into a fresh directory, yes? Else problems occur frequently!

Try the following :
a) remove your config.cfg - does that help?
b) start sauerbraten with "-f -a0 -b16 -z24" - does that help?
c) update your drivers ... maybe that'll help

I somethimes had a message like that, too, but it hink it was when there was a fault in a map i edited. An i think when sauer crashed and i closed sauerbraten and not the console.

edit the file with which you start sauerbraten and write that behind the line
"bin/sauerbraten.exe"
your .bat file should look like this then
"bin/sauerbraten -f -a0 -b16 -z24"
