Outlaw Mod server update

I have now updated my ''Outlaw'' server, which is now free to edit and make changes on.
- Added new skeletons
- More textures and map models
- Changed the skybox

Not a big update, but feel free to locate the server on Cube 2 and make any changes you'd like

What do you mean with "the" skybox? There is nearly 3 dozend of them in the default selection of collect edition.
